RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At KaraTress, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Because our products are personal care and hair care oils, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products for hygienic reasons.

No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds once an order has been placed and fulfilled. This policy applies to all KaraTress products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: We take great care in packaging every order, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages: KaraTress is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
